This website is operated by Astrem LLC, a marketing, technology and creative consulting company based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, United States. In this policy, "Astrem", "we" and "us" mean Astrem LLC.

Information we collect from you

Forms. When you book a chat or contact us, we collect what you enter, such as your first and last name, email address, phone number, company, the services you are interested in, a rough budget range and your message.

The site assistant. If you use the assistant on our website, we keep the conversation and any details you choose to share, such as your name, email, phone number or preferred appointment time.

Cookies and similar technologies. Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use the site. You can review and change your choices at any time in the privacy center on our website, and you can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers and analytics tools record technical details such as your browser type, device, pages visited, referring pages and approximate location based on your IP address.

How we use your information

We use your information to reply to your inquiries, schedule and hold conversations, prepare proposals, deliver and support the services you engage us for, send messages you have agreed to receive, improve our website and services, keep our website secure and meet our legal obligations.

We do not use your information for purposes that are unrelated to these without telling you first.

How we share your information

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, scheduling, customer relationship management, analytics and messaging providers. They may use it only to provide services to us and must protect it.

SMS and text messaging terms

Consent. We send text messages only to phone numbers whose owners have opted in, for example by checking the consent box on our contact form. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase, and our forms never use pre-checked consent boxes.

What we send. Messages relate to your inquiry, appointments, projects and occasional updates from Astrem. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and getting help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and you will receive one final message confirming it. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (225) 332-8002 or evan@astrem.co.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information and text messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share them only with service providers, such as our messaging provider, who help us send the messages you asked for. The full program terms are in our Terms of Use.

How long we keep your information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, such as responding to you, carrying out a project and keeping business records, or for as long as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls and encrypted connections on our website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Your choices and your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it by emailing evan@astrem.co. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and opt out of text messages by replying STOP.

California residents. If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you rights that may include the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of its sale or sharing and to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, email evan@astrem.co. We will verify your request before acting on it, and you may use an authorized agent.

Residents of other states may have similar rights under their state laws, and we will honor requests as the law requires.

Children and this website

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this privacy policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and if the changes are significant we will provide a more visible notice. Please check this page periodically.
