Search rankings, advertising performance, leads, sales and other results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engines, advertising platforms, markets and competitors. Nothing on this website is a promise of any particular ranking, traffic, lead volume or business result.

Client projects have their own agreements

Work for clients is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement for each project. If anything in that agreement differs from these terms, the project agreement controls for that project.

Our content and your use of it

The text, design, photographs, graphics and other content on this website belong to Astrem LLC or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business purposes, but you may not copy, republish or sell our content without our written permission.

When you contact us or use the site assistant, please do not send confidential information you are not ready to share. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation or try to access it in unauthorized ways.

Astrem text messaging program

Program. Astrem LLC sends text messages to people who opt in on our website, using the consent checkboxes on our Book a Chat form. Inquiry and appointment texts cover your inquiry, scheduled calls and project updates. Marketing texts are sent only if you tick that box separately, and cover occasional offers and news from Astrem.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Marketing texts are limited to up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Help and opting out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and you will receive one final message confirming it. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (225) 332-8002 or evan@astrem.co.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent and privacy. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

This website is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is error free or uninterrupted.
